3. Orders

  • — An order is confirmed only after payment is received.

4. Shipping

  • — We deliver within 3–7 business days across India.
  • — Delays are possible during peak seasons and festivals.

5. Returns

  • — Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • — Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • — We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

6. Cancellations

  • — Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

7. Payments

  • — All payments are processed through Razorpay.
  • — If a payment fails, the amount is refunded within 5–7 business days.
